At Essence of Clean, we understand that each home is unique as well as the particular needs of your family. In striving to arrive at the most fair way to price your home, through years of experience, we have developed a highly customized streamlined process to give you a rate which reflects this. In order to do this, we set a time with you to personally visit you in your home to discuss your specific needs and thoroughly assess your home.
We offer two levels of ongoing service, The Essential Service or Our Signature Service. Visit our Services Page to view a list of what is included on each of these levels.
Our list of A la Carte Extras offers flexibility in options which may or may not be applicable to your home and/or may only be needed to be added on occasionally. This way, you can be assured you will only be paying for exactly what you need rather than a wide range of possible features which your home may not even have.
Here is an idea of how rates may differ:
- The size of your home and whether it is one or two story
- Materials in home requiring special care (hardwood floors, natural stone, stainless steel, leather, pianos.)
- How many people reside in the home
- Overall condition of the home (including rooms/items that may need extra attention and time)
- The frequency interval of your cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Indoor pets (type and how many)
- Quantity of furnishings and decorations (the more there is, the more time is required to clean.)
- The number of optional add-ons
Pricing Examples:
Below are just a few examples of typical pricing on the low, average, and high scales of homes:
- One-story, 1000 sf., two-bedroom condo. One-basic bath, kitchen, dining area and small living room, with hardwood floors.
The Essential Service: Cleaned monthly - $120; Cleaned bi-weekly – $100; cleaned weekly – $90
The Signature Service: Cleaned monthly - $135; Cleaned bi-weekly – $115; cleaned weekly – $100
- One-story, 2000 sf. Three bedroom with 5-piece master bath and one standard bath, office, dining room, living area, kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances and small eating area. Indoor dog.
The Essential Service: Cleaned monthly - $180; Cleaned bi-weekly – $155; cleaned weekly – $140
The Signature Service: Cleaned monthly - $220; Cleaned bi-weekly – $180; cleaned weekly – $160
- Two-story, 3000 sf. Four bedrooms with master bath, standard bath, and a half bath, two living areas, office, formal entry foyer, hardwood floors on main floor, formal dining, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
The Essential Service: Cleaned monthly - $240; Cleaned bi-weekly – $200; cleaned weekly – $180
The Signature Service: Cleaned monthly - $260; Cleaned bi-weekly – $220; cleaned weekly – $200
* Please Note: The minimum amount for our service and time is $80.00.
Due to the difficulty in predicting the time required, the rates on specialty work is as follows:
Pricing for Deep Cleans or Move-in/Out Cleans is at the rate of $50/hour per man labor.
*We are no longer accepting one-time jobs and only do special project cleaning for current clients.
